Everything worth knowing about a virtual office and registering a company.
What is a virtual office and how does it work?
It is a service where you register your company at our address and leave the mail handling to us, instead of renting a physical office. You give the address as your registered seat in the KRS or CEIDG, on invoices and with public offices.
Is a virtual office legal?
Yes. It is a lawful provision of an address for your company's registered seat under a contract. Once signed, you receive a document confirming your legal right to the address, which you file with the office.
How much does a virtual office cost?
From 599 zł a year in the Standard package. Prestige is 799 zł/year and TSL 999 zł/year. You pay one fixed amount, with no rent, utilities or deposit. Paying a year upfront works out cheaper than monthly.
Who is a virtual office for?
For sole traders and companies, freelancers, businesses operating online and in e-commerce, lawyers and attorneys, and transport firms (the TSL package). In short: for anyone who needs a credible address without renting premises.
Can a virtual office be a company's registered seat?
Yes. You can enter our address as your company's official registered seat in the KRS and as your sole trader address in CEIDG, including when registering via the S24 system.
How do I set up a company at a virtual address?
You sign a contract with us, receive a document confirming your right to the address and give that address when registering the company. It is all done remotely, and if you don't have a company yet, we will register it for you in the KRS or CEIDG.
Can I register for VAT at a virtual address?
Yes. For the VAT-R application you get from us a contract and confirmation of your right to the address, which the tax office requires. We also handle VAT-EU registration for companies trading within the EU.
What about mail from ZUS, the tax office and the court?
We also receive official and registered mail. In the Prestige package we notify you of each item, scan it and, on request, forward it to a chosen address.
Can I move an existing company's registered seat to your address?
Yes. You change the registered address in the KRS or CEIDG to ours, and we take over handling your correspondence.
Is a virtual office worth it?
Yes, if you want a credible company address and mail handling without rental costs. You save on rent, utilities and equipment, and run the company remotely for one fixed fee.
