Where exactly is the address in Katowice?

Can I register a company at this address, not just a sole trader business?
Yes, you can. The company needs the legal right to use the premises, and that is precisely what the address lease agreement you receive from us provides. The requirement is the same for a sole trader; the only difference is the register - CEIDG instead of KRS.
I have clients all over the metropolitan area. Do I need an address in several cities?
No. A company has one registered office, and that is enough to operate anywhere in Poland - the address in the register does not limit where you can do business. Katowice is a convenient choice: most towns in the metropolitan area are around 15 minutes from Wolności Square, and an address in Śródmieście sounds credible to clients from Gliwice and Sosnowiec.
