What is a virtual office (business address)?
A virtual office is a service that gives you the right to use a prestigious address for registering and operating your business - without having to rent physical office space. You can use this address to register a sole trader with CEIDG, as well as a limited liability company (sp. z o.o.), a joint-stock company (S.A.), and other entities with the National Court Register (KRS). As part of the package, we receive and, optionally, scan your mail, and you can view the scans in the client portal, allowing you to conveniently run your business remotely.
Can I register a sole trader and a limited liability company at this address?
Yes. You can enter our address as the place of business and the address for service in the CEIDG (for sole traders), as well as the registered office of the company in KRS - for limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, limited partnerships, and others. We'll provide you with an address lease agreement. You don't attach it to your application when registering your business (including through the simplified S24 procedure), but keep it to hand in case you are asked for it.
Can I transfer my existing business to your address?
Yes, this is a very common situation. If you're already in business, all you need to do is change your address in the appropriate registry - in CEIDG, you can update your entry online for free, and for a company, you report the change of address to KRS (and, if you move to another city, the change of registered office). We'll draft a contract for you and advise you on which documents to submit so that the relocation goes smoothly and without any disruption to your business operations.
Can I sign the contract entirely online?
Yes. You can handle everything online - no need to visit an office or send documents by mail. Once you've chosen a package, you'll receive a contract to sign online; as soon as it's signed and paid for, the address is ready to use. If you prefer to meet in person, call us to book a visit at your chosen address.
How much does a virtual office cost?
Prices start at 599 PLN net for the first year with the Standard package in Warsaw, Poznań and Wrocław; in other cities from 999 PLN. The Prestige package, which includes mail scanning, is 799 PLN per year, and the TSL package for transport and freight forwarding companies is 999 PLN per year. We do not charge any hidden fees, and instead of an annual payment, you can choose the convenience of monthly payments.
What are the differences between the Standard, Prestige, and TSL packages?
The Standard package includes a registered address and unlimited receipt of ordinary and registered mail. The Prestige package adds mail scanning to the client portal - also with no limits - so you have immediate access to your documents wherever you are. The TSL package covers the same scope as the Prestige package but is intended for companies with a transport or freight forwarding licence.
How quickly can you activate an address?
The contract takes effect on the same day, after the invoice has been paid and the funds have been credited to our bank account. You sign the contract remotely, and once it's signed and the payment has cleared, the address becomes active and you can use it immediately when registering or updating your company information. We'll notify you of every item of mail that arrives.
Do e-Doręczenia replace a virtual office?
Some correspondence from the Tax Office, the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), and the courts is now sent to the e-Doręczenia electronic mailbox instead of a physical address. Companies in KRS have had this obligation since 2025, and sole traders registered before 2025 since 1 October 2026. A virtual office is still necessary: it remains the company's registered address and the place where you receive mail from business partners, banks and couriers. The two complement each other, and we'll show you how to set this up for your company.

Data recipients: providers of tools for handling enquiries and sending marketing messages, our website hosting and data storage provider, our accounting provider, and providers of legal services.

Retention period: for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data was collected, and after that for the period needed to secure or pursue claims. Data processed on the basis of consent - until that consent is withdrawn.
