The promotional price applies only in the first year of the contract, for newly founded companies or companies moving their registered address to us. The promotion covers our addresses in Poznań, Wrocław and Warsaw.

What determines the price of a virtual office?

  • Cities. In Warsaw, Wrocław and Poznań, the first year starts at 599 PLN net. In the other eight cities, standard prices apply from day one.
  • Packages. The Standard package does not include scans. The Prestige package offers unlimited scans via a dedicated client portal. The TSL package offers the same as Prestige but is designed for transport and freight forwarding companies.
  • Annual or monthly. Paying for a year in advance is cheaper than paying in twelve instalments, regardless of the city: PLN 789 cheaper for the Standard package, PLN 1,089 cheaper for Prestige, and PLN 1,489 cheaper for TSL.

The bill does not increase with the volume of mail. There is no limit on the number of standard and registered letters collected in each package.

Additional services

There is no sign-up fee or deposit. There are two items not included in the package, and you'll only pay for them if you need to use them.

Forwarding mail to a specified address

The cost depends on the size and type of item - a standard letter costs less than a parcel. We add the postal operator's charge at its standard rates and confirm the total before we send anything.

Services not included in the package

We provide individual quotes, always before carrying out the work. Nothing will appear on the invoice without your consent.

Pricing questions

The questions we're most often asked before signing a contract.

How much does it cost to rent a virtual office?
From 149 PLN net per month or 999 PLN net per year, payable in advance. In Warsaw, Wrocław and Poznań, the first year of the contract costs from 599 PLN. You receive a registered office address and mail handling services. The fee is fixed, regardless of how much correspondence you receive.
What services are included in the price of the package?
Each package includes a business registration address, unlimited collection of standard and registered mail, notification of every delivery, personal collection of mail and the option to have it forwarded (for an additional fee). In the Prestige and TSL packages, you'll find scans of your correspondence in the client portal, also with no limit.
What are the additional, optional charges?
If you want your post forwarded, we add the postal operator's charge at its standard rates and confirm the amount before dispatch. Services not included in the package are priced individually before they are carried out. There is no sign-up fee, deposit or surcharge based on the number of letters collected.
Is the address for registering the business included in the price?
Yes, in each of the three packages, and at no extra cost. You give this address when you register in the KRS or CEIDG.
How much more will I pay if I choose to pay monthly rather than once a year?
The Standard package then costs 1,788 PLN instead of 599 PLN, which is almost 1,200 PLN more. Prestige 2,388 PLN instead of 799 PLN, around 1,600 PLN more. The TSL package costs 2,988 PLN instead of 999 PLN, which is almost 2,000 PLN more. All amounts are quoted as net prices.
Does the promotional price also apply in the second year?
No. The promotion applies to the first year of the contract in Warsaw, Wrocław and Poznań, for companies that are newly established or relocating to our address. From the second year onwards, the standard price list applies.
Is the price the same in all cities?
No. In Warsaw, Wrocław and Poznań, the first year costs 599, 799 or 999 PLN net, depending on the package (paid annually in advance). In the other eight cities, standard prices apply: 999 PLN for Standard, 1,299 PLN for Prestige and 1,499 PLN for TSL, net per year when paid in advance.

Data recipients: providers of tools for handling enquiries and sending marketing messages, our website hosting and data storage provider, our accounting provider, and providers of legal services.

Retention period: for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data was collected, and after that for the period needed to secure or pursue claims. Data processed on the basis of consent - until that consent is withdrawn.
