Yes, you can. The company needs legal title to the premises, and that is precisely what the address lease agreement you receive from us provides. For a sole trader, the requirement is the same; the only difference is the register: CEIDG instead of KRS.
I am setting up a business as a Ukrainian national. Can I use this address?
Yes. The address for registration is not dependent on your nationality - what matters is the legal title to the premises, and you'll receive this from us in the form of an address lease agreement. You'll sign the agreement online; you don't need to travel to Lublin. However, it is worth discussing any questions regarding the scope of your rights to conduct business in Poland with a solicitor, as these depend on the basis of your residence.
