An address next to the largest office district in Poland.
Kielecka Street is in Mokotów, between Pole Mokotowskie and Służewiec. Wołoska begins a few hundred metres further on, and two and a half kilometres to the south lies the largest concentration of office buildings in Poland: Domaniewska, Postępu, Cybernetyki. Tens of thousands of people commute there every day.
In practice, you get an address in the same part of Warsaw as large corporations and service firms, without paying their rent. When clients see Mokotów on your documents, they know they're dealing with a serious business.
Add to that the commute, which matters more in Warsaw than anywhere else: the "Kielecka" tram stop is right outside the office, and the "Pole Mokotowskie" metro station is just an eight-minute walk away. Free parking spaces are available in front of the building. If you want to pick up your mail in person, you won't waste an entire day commuting.
