Why choose a business address in Kraków?

Kraków is Poland's second-largest economic centre after Warsaw. It has Poland's largest business services sector, a strong IT market, and start-ups centred around Zabłocie and Podgórze. What do you get with a virtual office in Kraków? A credible address to put on your invoices. It doesn't matter whether you work from Podgórze or entirely remotely.

An address like this helps in a few situations. You don't want to put your home address in KRS, CEIDG or on invoices. You need a fixed address for receiving mail. You meet clients in the city centre and would rather give a professional address in Podgórze than the name of a café.

Kraków - a view of the city

Who is the virtual office in Kraków aimed at?

All kinds of businesses use this Kraków address. What they have in common is that they do not need an office on a day-to-day basis, but they do want a credible business address and properly handled mail.

Freelancers and IT specialists

Kraków is one of the largest IT markets in Poland. Instead of a residential address in CEIDG, you'll have a business address in Podgórze, and we'll collect your mail for you.

Start-ups and technology companies

The address is suitable for registering a company in KRS, including via the S24 system. We'll prepare your address lease agreement on the same day.

Creative companies and agencies

Podgórze and Zabłocie have been attracting agencies and design studios for years. Clients in the industry recognise the address straight away.

Transport and freight forwarding companies (TSL)

A transport licence requires a registered office that meets the formal requirements. We have put together the TSL package specifically to meet these needs.

Online shops

The shop's address is public and remains so for a long time: it appears in your terms and conditions, on invoices and in public registers. We collect registered letters containing complaints and notices of withdrawal on your behalf, and notify you of each one.

Companies based outside Kraków and abroad

A Kraków address brings you closer to local customers. You can sign the contract entirely online. We'll take care of the mail here.

Home address privacy and business credibility.

The privacy of your home address is one of the main reasons for choosing a virtual office. If you do not wish to list your home address in registers, on invoices or on your company website, a virtual address in Kraków allows you to keep your private and professional lives separate. This matters most for sole traders, whose business address is public by law.

Keeping your home and business addresses separate also keeps things organised. Complaints, letters from business partners, and correspondence from the tax office and the courts do not get mixed up with your home mail. If you move house, you don't have to update your details in CEIDG, on invoices, on your website or in your marketing materials straight away - your business address stays the same.

A virtual office also adds to your company's credibility. An address in Podgórze - in a business area of Kraków by Rondo Matecznego, just over ten minutes by tram from the city centre - is often viewed more favourably than a random location on the outskirts. To customers and business partners, it signals a professional, well-run business.

Registering a company at an address in Kraków.

You can complete every step from home. No need to visit Kraków or post any documents.

1

You choose a package and sign the contract

You choose a package - Standard, Prestige or TSL - and we'll draw up the address lease agreement on the same day. You'll sign it online, without having to visit Kraków.

2

The address is active once your payment is credited

The agreement comes into force on the same day, once the invoice has been paid and the funds have been credited to our account. From that moment onwards, you may use the address Czyżówka 14/2.11 as your company's registered office.

3

You enter the address in CEIDG or KRS

You can register a sole trader business online in CEIDG via Profil Zaufany. You can register a company in KRS - via the S24 system or with a notary - specifying Kraków as the registered office and the full address as the company's address.

4

That leaves the paperwork and the mail

Companies have 21 days from their KRS entry to provide supplementary information (NIP-8) and 14 days to file with the CRBR (Central Register of Beneficial Owners). From then on, your mail comes to us: we collect everything, including registered mail, and with the Prestige and TSL packages, scans are uploaded to the client portal.

Tax office, ZUS and registry court for the Kraków address.

The most important address is right on your doorstep: Urząd Skarbowy Kraków-Podgórze is on ul. Wadowicka, on the same side of the Vistula as your address on Czyżówka. The registry court, ZUS and the City Hall are in the city centre, but you can sort out most matters online. Below are some useful addresses for a company based in Podgórze.

Registry Court (KRS)

ul. Przy Rondzie 7, 31-547 Kraków. Sąd Rejonowy dla Krakowa-Śródmieścia, KRS Commercial Division - this is where companies are registered and their details updated.

Urząd Skarbowy Kraków-Podgórze

ul. Wadowicka 10, 30-415 Kraków. Jurisdiction depends on the type of business and the address - once registered, you can confirm it in e-Urząd Skarbowy.

ZUS Kraków Branch

ul. Pędzichów 27, 31-080 Kraków. It serves contribution payers based in the city.

Urząd Miasta Krakowa

pl. Wszystkich Świętych 3-4, 31-004 Kraków. CEIDG-1 applications and other business matters are handled at the Resident Service Centres.

Post offices and banks

Around Rondo Matecznego and across Podgórze, post offices and major bank branches are just a few minutes' walk away.

Online formalities

You can sort out most of your business matters remotely - via ePUAP, Profil Zaufany, e-Urząd Skarbowy and PUE ZUS. It helps to have these offices nearby when you need to go in person.

Mail handling

You won't miss a thing.

An address is only half the story. The other, equally important, half is mail handling - because even the best address is of little use if a letter from the tax office goes uncollected.

Request a contract

We collect all your mail, with no limit

We collect both ordinary and registered letters on your behalf, with no limit. You'll receive a notification for every item, so you'll know what's happening at your business address.

Scans available in the client portal on the same day

With the Prestige and TSL packages, we scan an unlimited amount of correspondence. You log in to the client portal, read the letter and decide whether you want the original forwarded.

No missed deadlines

You run your business; we keep an eye on your mail. You know what's come in and when, so no correspondence - whether official or commercial - goes unanswered.

e-Doręczenia does not replace paper letters

e-Doręczenia, Poland's e-Delivery system, is the electronic equivalent of registered post. However, an electronic mailbox does not fully replace paper correspondence: banks, leasing companies and business partners still send letters to the address on file. We are the ones who collect this mail.

Your address in Kraków - Czyżówka 14 (Podgórze).

Your address in Kraków is Czyżówka 14/2.11, 30-526 Kraków - in Podgórze, in the HUBPOINT office complex at Rondo Matecznego. It is a business area with excellent transport links, across the Vistula from the Old Town and just over ten minutes by tram from the city centre and Kazimierz. An address like this looks good on business cards and invoices. If image matters to your brand, an address in Podgórze's main transport hub is a good choice.

Location

Czyżówka 14, Podgórze - the HUBPOINT office complex at Rondo Matecznego.

Car park

Free visitor parking at the HUBPOINT building.

How to get there

Trams and buses run from Rondo Matecznego, just a short walk from the building; the journey to the Main Square takes just over ten minutes. There is direct access from the ring road and the A4 motorway.

Where in Kraków is it worth having a business address?

The Main Square looks impressive on a business card, but the premises there are very expensive, there's a restricted traffic zone, and there's usually nowhere to park. Our address is in Podgórze, next to Rondo Matecznego: there's a car park in front of the building, and it is outside the paid parking zone.

The Old Town's prestige comes at a price

The most prestigious location in Kraków is the Main Square and the streets surrounding it, such as ul. św. Filipa near Kleparz. It looks superb on a business card, but comes with the highest rents in the city.

  • Restricted traffic zone
  • Almost no parking
  • Highest rents

Main Square

Podgórze - the business side of the Vistula

Our address is Czyżówka 14, at Rondo Matecznego, on the corner of Kalwaryjska - the main street in Podgórze. From here, it takes just over ten minutes by tram to reach the Main Square, and you can drive in and out without having to worry about paid parking zones or traffic restrictions.

  • Free car park in front of the building
  • One of the main transport hubs
  • Neighbouring Zabłocie - start-ups and IT companies
our address

Podgórze

How do the other districts differ?

Krowodrza and Bronowice consist mainly of blocks of flats and tenement houses - an address there looks residential rather than business-like. Czyżyny and the technology park are well suited to industry and logistics, but they're a long way from the city centre. Kazimierz has an excellent reputation, but it's primarily a tourist and dining district, with the same parking issues as the Main Square.

An address for businesses across Małopolska.

A virtual office in Kraków is not just a solution for the city's residents. Companies from all over Poland use our address in Podgórze - wherever a Kraków address is a better choice than registering in a small town.

Companies from Wieliczka, Niepołomice (with its special economic zone, home to firms such as Amazon, MAN and Varroc), Skawina, Myślenice, Chrzanów and Oświęcim regularly choose Kraków as their registered office. A Kraków address brings them closer to customers in the city and strengthens their image with businesses across Poland.

We also work with companies from Katowice, the Upper Silesian Metropolitan Area and Silesia that need a Kraków base to serve customers across Małopolska - without having to set up a second physical office. If you operate across several regions and need multiple addresses, remember that Ready Office has a presence in 11 cities across Poland.

Frequently asked questions.

Everything you need to know about virtual offices and company registration.

Where exactly is the address in Kraków?

Is a virtual office legal?
Yes. A virtual office means renting an address to use as your registered office - it is legal and widely used. We provide you with an address lease agreement, i.e. the legal right to use the premises, which you keep handy in case you are asked to show it. You don't attach it to your registration documents. The address in Podgórze is accepted for registration in KRS and CEIDG, as well as via the S24 system.
Can a virtual office serve as a company's registered office?
Yes. You enter the address as the company's registered office in KRS - including when you set up a limited liability company (sp. z o.o.) via S24. This is the same address you'll use later on invoices, in contracts and in your email signature. It is all based on the address lease agreement, which you sign with us remotely.
How does a virtual office work in practice?
You sign an address lease agreement and, from the day your payment is credited, use the address as your company's registered office. Your mail is delivered to Czyżówka 14; we collect it - both standard and registered letters, with no limit - and send you a notification for every item. How much does a virtual office cost in Kraków?

See the full details in the price list.
Can I register a limited liability company or a sole trader business at this address?
Yes. The address Czyżówka 14/2.11 is suitable for registering a limited liability company (via the S24 system or at a notary's office) and a sole trader business (CEIDG). We will provide you with an address lease agreement - the legal right to use the premises required by KRS and CEIDG.
Which registry court has jurisdiction over a company with its registered office in Kraków?
Sąd Rejonowy dla Krakowa-Śródmieścia w Krakowie, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (ul. Przy Rondzie 7, 31-547 Kraków).
Will I get scans of my mail?
Yes, in the Prestige and TSL packages. We scan all incoming correspondence (with no limit on the volume), and the PDFs are uploaded to your client portal - usually within a few hours of delivery. The Standard package includes mail collection and delivery notifications, without scanning.
What is e-Doręczenia, and does a virtual office replace it?
e-Doręczenia is the electronic equivalent of a registered letter: a separate, digital mailbox for correspondence with the Tax Office, ZUS and the courts, set up free of charge via the gov.pl portal. A virtual office is a registered address, whilst e-Doręczenia is an electronic mailbox, so one does not replace the other and you need both. Companies registered in KRS have had this obligation since 2025, and sole traders registered before 2025 since 1 October 2026.
Is an address in Podgórze suitable for an IT company or a start-up?
Yes, definitely. Podgórze and the neighbouring Zabłocie form Kraków's hub for start-ups and tech companies - a natural environment for the IT sector. Kraków is one of the largest IT centres in Poland.
Can I collect my mail in person?
Yes. You can collect your mail in person from the address in Podgórze, subject to prior arrangement. We can also send your mail by courier or post to the address you specify (for an additional fee) - the choice is yours.
Can I park near the building in Podgórze?
Yes. There is free visitor parking at the HUBPOINT building (Czyżówka 14).
How quickly can I start using the address?
We activate the address within one day. The contract comes into effect on the same day, once the invoice has been paid and the funds have been credited to our bank account. You can manage the whole process remotely - without having to visit Kraków. Once it is active, you can enter the address in KRS or CEIDG straight away.
What documents are required to set up a business at a virtual address?
Practically nothing on your side - we provide you with an address lease agreement, which is the legal right to use the premises required by law. You don't attach it to your CEIDG or KRS/S24 application - just keep it handy in case you are asked to show it. You give our address as your registered office. All you need to sign the agreement is your personal details and proof of identity.
What does a virtual office in Kraków include?
Each package includes: an address in Podgórze for company registration (KRS, CEIDG), unlimited collection of all your mail, with a notification for every item. The Prestige and TSL packages also include scanning of correspondence, with scans available in the client portal.
