Everything You Need to Know About Virtual Offices and Company Registration.

What is a virtual office (business address)?
A virtual office is a service that gives you the right to use a prestigious address for registering and operating your business-without having to rent physical office space. You can use this address to register a sole proprietorship with CEIDG, as well as a limited liability company (sp. z o.o.), a joint-stock company (sp. akcyjna), and other entities with the National Court Register (KRS). As part of the package, we receive and, optionally, scan your mail, and you can view the scans in the client portal-allowing you to conveniently run your business remotely.
Can I register a sole proprietorship and a limited liability company at this address?
Yes. You can enter our address as the place of business and the address for service in the CEIDG (for sole proprietorships), as well as the registered office of the company in the KRS-for limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, limited partnerships, and others. We’ll provide you with an address lease agreement, which you’ll need to submit when registering your business, including through the simplified S24 procedure.
Can I transfer my existing business to your address?
Yes, this is a very common situation. If you’re already in business, all you need to do is change your address in the appropriate registry-in CEIDG, you can update your entry online for free, and in the case of a corporation, you report the change of registered office to the KRS. We’ll draft a contract for you and advise you on which documents to submit so that the relocation goes smoothly and without any disruption to your business operations.
Will I sign the contract entirely online?
Yes. You can handle everything online-no need to visit an office or send documents by mail. Once you’ve selected a package, you’ll receive a contract to sign online, and once you’ve signed and paid for it, the address is ready to use. If you prefer in-person contact, you can always visit one of our branches.
How much does a virtual office cost?
Prices start at 599 PLN net for the first year with the Standard plan. The Prestige plan, which includes mail scanning, is 799 PLN per year, and the TSL plan for transportation and freight forwarding companies is 999 PLN per year. We do not charge any hidden fees, and instead of an annual payment, you can choose the convenience of monthly payments.
What are the differences between the Standard, Prestige, and TSL packages?
The Standard plan includes a registered address and unlimited receipt of regular and certified mail. The Prestige plan adds mail scanning to the customer portal-also with no limits-so you have immediate access to your documents wherever you are. The TSL plan covers the same scope as the Prestige plan but is intended for companies with a transportation or freight forwarding license.
How quickly can you activate an address?
The agreement takes effect on the same day, after the invoice has been paid and the funds have been credited to our bank account. You sign the agreement remotely, and once it has been concluded and the payment has been processed, the address becomes active and you can use it immediately when registering or updating your company information. We’ll notify you whenever you receive a new shipment.
What about e-Deliveries starting in 2026?
Some correspondence from the Tax Office, the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), and the courts is now sent to the e-Doręczenia electronic mailbox instead of a physical address. Companies registered in the National Court Register (KRS) will be required to do so starting in 2025, and sole proprietorships established before 2025 will be required to do so no later than October 1, 2026. A virtual office is still necessary: it remains the company’s registered address and the location for receiving business mail from business partners, banks, and couriers. The two complement each other, and we’ll show you how to set this up for your company.
